Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Cuely is committed to making our Service accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone who uses Cuely to have a usable, dignified experience.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and work to improve the Service over time.

What we do

In building and maintaining Cuely, we work toward:

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time task. As we add features, we work to maintain and improve accessibility. We recognize that some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard, and we are committed to addressing issues as we identify them.

Feedback and requests for accommodation

If you encounter an accessibility barrier using Cuely, or need information or a feature in a different accessible format, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at ryan@abbottmedia.co with a description of the issue and the page or feature involved. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue and to provide the information or functionality you need through an accessible alternative where possible.

Third-party content

Some parts of the Service rely on third-party providers (such as payment processing). We do not control the accessibility of third-party services, but we choose providers with accessibility in mind where feasible.

This statement reflects our good-faith commitment and is not a warranty or legal advice.
